In this chaotic world, sometimes it feels impossible to feel firmly seated within our true authentic selves. Caring for mental and physical wellness becomes increasingly challenging. The combination of daily stressors, constant interruptions and over-stimulation, thus diminishing relaxation time often leads us to neglect our inner peace and stability that is so needed to feel rested. We are all seeking an accessible, thorough, and supportive approach to navigate our journey towards wellness and peace.
Modern lifestyle often results in a cycle of disrupted sleep and heightened tension experienced on a daily basis that eventually feels numb. My goal is to guide you through your journey that lies between what we can control and what we cannot, by trusting the heart’s whispers, once again.
My yoga, meditation and counseling sessions are designed to inspire slow, conscious, energetically nourishing lifestyle.
May we trust the strength that lies in softness. May we walk slowly to enjoy the sweetest sip of everyday life.

I design classes based on individual Jyotish (Indian astrology) signs, Āyurvedic constitutions and your current environmental factors. I integrate some elements of astrology, herbs, diet, relationships, and work-life balance into a comprehensive wellness approach.
Much of my practice and sessions are the result of my self-reflections. It was very hard for me to start reading at a young age, until I learned how to play the piano, and my piano teacher taught me the keys in alphabets. This is how my love for reading and writing started.
It is my way of assimilating what was given from my teachers.

When I first became a yoga teacher, the training was mesmerizing. It’s a cliché, but it changed my life. So after taking a few more

The format in which yoga classes are being taught has changed many times over the years. In the beginning, it was what’s called “oral tradition”
Time to time, I post meditation and yoga nidrā audio practices on the great app, Insight Timer.
And both are ok. The whole idea is to navigate through our own natural rhythms. If you’d like to jump right in and sign up for yoga classes or counseling, great. But if you’d like to see what I’m about, that’s great, too. And the best place to start is here.
